St. Anne's Groundbreaking

St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus has broken ground for a new Assisted Living Facility. The campus currently includes skilled care, assisted living apartments, respite care and rehabilitation services. The new residence will be on the north and adjacent to the main building and will be licensed as a class C non-ambulatory Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).

According to Administrator Lynn Vogt, the facility will feature studio apartments for frail residents on three floors with the third floor reserved as a specialty unit to serve residents with significant memory impairments. Each floor will serve residents in a household model inclusive of a living room, full kitchen, dining room, library, beauty shop, spa, daily living, help with medications and intermittent nursing care and will be staffed 24/7.
