Twenty-year volunteer Eileen Rossi was honored with the 2011 Heart of the Home Award at our St. Anne's Feast Day Liturgy in July. Retired from a longtime career in nursing, Eileen found great joy in her weekly visits to St. Anne's. Her greatest reward has been getting to know St. Anne's residents. "It fills me up," said Eileen, in an interview for a story featured on Page 3.
- Spring 2011
Ron Schwartz celebrates his life of 100 years each and every day. Two of those days each week are spent as a volunteer at St. Anne's, where he lends an hear, brings a smile and opens his heart to residents. It's in keeping with his philosophy of life, which Ron shares on Page 3.
- Fall 2010
Pastoral Care volunteer Mary Wilcox brought her gifts of service, comfort and prayer to St. Anne's residents along with her daughter Kathleen, who served while a student at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School. "We enjoyed the residents and being able to do something together," says Mary, who stayed on even after Kathleen went on to college. Pastoral Care volunteers profiled on Page 3 enhance quality of life for St. Anne's residents.
- Spring 2010

Just like the women who kept watch at the tomb of Jesus, St. Anne's Vigil Keepers minister through a prayerful presence at the sacred time a resident approaches death. Recipient of the 2009 Heart of the Home Award, our Vigil Keepers profiled on Page 3 epitomize our mission to provide care and compassion that honors individual dignity.
- Spring 2009
Beyond new brick and fresh mortar, Providence Court renews St. Anne's legacy of faith and enhances our continuum of care by allowing residents to remain in an apartment setting even when their needs change.
