Ways to Donate
At St. Anne’s, mission means a higher
standard of care.
We are called to be a witness of God’s
love, compassion and mercy. St. Anne’s dedicated administrative
team, devoted staff, supportive families and countless volunteers
make daily contributions to the success of our mission. The
volunteer St. Anne’s board of directors — which
includes both lay and religious members — provides the
financial stewardship and spiritual guidance which guarantee
our high standard of care. This commitment to the dignity
of the individual and quality of life is reflected in our
State survey data and accreditations and, more importantly,
in the individual attention and care given to each and every
resident.
We need your help to
extend our mission.
St. Anne’s is proud that ”private
pay” residents are attracted to our home for its high
level of skilled nursing care. But our mission calls us to
extend the same respectful care for the aged to everyone,
regardless of their financial resources. Only the continued
generosity of our donors can make this reality. Your gift
can make all the difference by:
- erasing the shortfall between Medicaid reimbursement
and actual daily costs for our high quality care
- maintaining and upgrading facilities and adding new
residential care and assisted living units to serve a
larger population and meet residents’ need
Here are just a few easy ways to join
the St. Anne’s donor community.
HeartStrings
St. Anne’s is introducing a new format
for the annual Heart & Soul Auction, called HeartStrings,
to be held on September 30, 2008 at The Golden Mast Inn on
Okauchee Lake. This new event will feature music by the Klabunde
String Quartet, composed of members of the Milwaukee Symphony
Orchestra, as well as elegant cuisine and auction items in
a fantastic lakeside setting.
Proceeds from this event will help fund the Pavilion &
Reflection Gardens project, highlighted on the back of this
issue. Also, the St. Anne Award will be presented that evening
to Bruce Robertson, long-time friend and supporter of St.
Anne’s. His achievements and commitment to this organization
are featured in an article inside this newsletter.
Tickets and tables are still available for this charming
event. Individual tickets are $150 each, and full tables are
$1200 and $2500. For more information or to receive an invitation,
please contact Katie Meylink at (414) 466-7414 or meylinkk@salvatoriansisters.org.
