St. Anne’s provides an exceptional rehabilitation program for residents using care and compassion.  Our rehabilitation team--physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nurses, a dietitian, and social workers--plan the care with the residents and their physicians.

The ultimate goal of rehabilitation is to return residents back to their community, whether that means going back to a private home, independent living apartment, or assisted living setting.
