Rehabilitation Services

St. Anne’s provides an exceptional rehabilitation program for our residents with care and compassion.  Our rehabilitation team consists of physical, occupational, and speech therapists; along with nurses, dietitian, and social workers.  All team members plan the care along with the resident and his or her personal physician.  The ultimate goal of rehabilitation is to return residents back to the community, whether that involves going back to a private home, independent living apartment, or assisted living setting.
